The service
Fulvox is a cloud point-of-sale, inventory and accounting platform provided by RASCODEX ("we", "us"), Faisalabad, Pakistan. By requesting a trial or subscribing, you agree to these terms.
Trials
Trials are free for 14 days, need no credit card, and carry no obligation. At the end of a trial you can subscribe to a paid plan or walk away; if you walk away, you may export your data first.
Subscriptions and payment
Pricing is tailored to each business and agreed in your quote or order before you subscribe, billed monthly or annually. Agreed prices may change with notice before your next billing period. If an account remains unpaid after its period ends, access may be suspended until payment is made; data is retained for a reasonable period so a suspended account can be restored.
Your data
Everything you enter into Fulvox — products, sales, customers, accounts — belongs to you. We host it in your own isolated database, back it up daily, and hand it over in a standard export format if you leave. We access your data only to provide support you've asked for or to keep the service running.
FBR filings
Fulvox transmits invoice data to FBR's Digital Invoicing system on your behalf, using the credentials and business details you configure. The accuracy of those details — your NTN, tax rates, product classifications — remains your responsibility as the taxpayer. We provide the pipe and make it reliable; the tax obligations are yours.
Acceptable use
Don't use the service for anything unlawful, don't attempt to access other customers' data, and don't resell access without an agreement with us.
Availability and liability
We work to keep the service available and your data safe, including daily backups, but no software service can promise perfection. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before a claim.
Cancellation
You can cancel at any time. Your subscription runs to the end of the paid period, and you can export your data before the account closes.
