Sales, purchases and returns are filed automatically, receipts print the official FBR invoice number with a QR code, and all 28 FBR test scenarios are supported so you can verify everything in FBR's sandbox before going live. Your checkout keeps working. If FBR can't be reached, the sale completes normally and the invoice is marked for filing — you resubmit it with one click once the connection is back. An FBR outage never blocks a customer at your counter. If your own internet is down, any device with mobile data (your phone) can run the till in the meantime.
Yes. Products, purchases and sales can be imported from CSV/Excel files. Export from your old system (or clean up your Excel sheet), and our team helps you with the first import free of charge as part of setup. Most shops are selling on Fulvox the same day.
