What this website collects
This marketing website collects only what you type into its forms:
Form submissions are emailed to fulvox@rascodex.com and kept in a submission log so your request is not lost if email delivery fails. We use this information to respond to you and to set up the trial you asked for — nothing else. We do not sell or share it with third parties for marketing.
The website does not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies. A temporary session cookie is used only to verify the security code (captcha) on our forms.
Your business data in the Fulvox application
If you become a Fulvox customer, your business data (products, sales, customers, accounts) lives in your own isolated database, separate from every other customer. Access is controlled by the users and permissions you configure. Backups are taken daily. Your data belongs to you: you can export it, and if you leave, you can take it with you.
FBR Digital Invoicing
When you enable FBR Digital Invoicing in the Fulvox application, invoice data required by law (seller and buyer details, line items, tax amounts) is transmitted to the Federal Board of Revenue's Digital Invoicing system through its official API. This happens only for businesses that configure the integration, and only with the data the regulation requires.
